Ruben A. Rayneri, Director of Operations & Training
Having been involved in safety for over 20 years Ruben has dedicated his life to the safety of others. As a Firefighter/Paramedic he has served the community in every capacity being assigned to everything from the department PIO, to working on the Rescue, Ladder, and Fire trucks. Most recently Ruben is assigned to his current fire departments Special Operations Team. “Safety is what I know, and its what I am most comfortable with.” he says.
Ruben’s experience teaching & running a training center dates back to 1994 when he worked at the University of Miami in the Swimming & Diving office’s Swim School & Summer Camp. During his time there he learned that running a successful organization is simple if you remember 2 things, Treat you Team GREAT & deliver unmatched Customer Service. To this day that is RescueAED’s management teams primary mission, ensure our team members are well taken cared of & that our customers Expectations are Exceeded!
“Over the years I have had wonderful opportunities and have been asked to use my experience and training development background to create and help shape training programs for other organizations. I served as a Training Coordinator for Homestead Miami Speedway for 11 years, and as a consultant and training developer for multiple other major NASCAR tracks across the country. I was on the very 1st Peer Review Training development team with NASCAR’s Track Services Training Team. In 2013 I was hired to create from scratch the very 1st Traveling safety team and develope a program to safely extricate and remove drivers with the Red Bull Global Rallycross Series. As the Director of Safety & Track Services I lead this part of the series nationally and abroad in US, Brazil, Spain, Germany, and Barbados.”
Involved in the occupational safety with Schools, businesses, and hotels since 1997 he has lead RescueAED from a small swim school over 2o years ago to the one stop shop everything you need relating to safety, OSHA, and prevention that the company is today. Yet still he always remem
bers what he learned in his very first job running a training company, Treat your staff Great & Exceed Customer Expectations!
Jackie Rayneri, Director of Administration & Accounting
As a long time consultant to RescueAED, Jackie joined us in 2013 full time to run our Administration and Accounting Operations. Her leadership and management experience dates back 20 years. Involved in retail brick and mortar type box stores she found a passion for safety and helping others. Before joining RescueAED she was the Customer Service and Logistics Manager at a major Aggregate manufacture. Jackie has been tasked and has certainly succeeded in streamlining our accounting practices to a completely automated system that is extremely user friendly and efficient for our customers to see and track their orders. Currently she is overseeing the remodel of our logistics and accountability system.
Desmond Page, Director of Corporate Sales
Desmond H. Page is the quintessential American success story. Mr. Page was born in Kingston, Jamaica and immigrated to Miami in 1976 where he attended grade school and high school. Mr. Page excelled academically and in athletics, including baseball, basketball and football. After graduating high school, Mr. Page attended college in California at Mount San Jacinto College on a football scholarship and finished his studies at Florida Atlantic University. After college, Mr. Page returned to South Florida and joined the fire academy and also became a paramedic. Mr. Page fulfilled his childhood dream of saving lives and becoming a fireman. He joined the the Miami Beach Fire Department in 1999. Mr. Page’s hard work, dedication and leadership qualities have allowed him to rise through the Department’s ranks and is currently a Lieutenant. Mr. Page lives in North Miami Beach with his lovely wife, Hope. He enjoys fishing and a good round golf as well as attending sporting events.
